Amla (Emblica Officinalis)-

More commonly known as Indian gooseberry, amla plays an important role in Ayurvedic medicine. Indian gooseberries are very nutritious. Indian gooseberry and its extract are used in Ayurvedic medicine to treat symptoms like constipation and it is also used in cancer prevention.

Bibhitaki(Terminalia bellirica)-

It is known as “Bibhitaki” in Ayurvedic medicine, where the fruit of the tree is used for the treatment of common ailments like bacterial and viral infections.

Haritaki (Terminalia chebula)-

It has been used since ancient times as a remedy for so many illnesses, including heart disease, asthma, ulcers, and stomach ailments. Triphala is very high in antioxidants. It has anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, and antiviral abilities. It is used for strengthening the immune system, promoting oral health, and treating fatigue, gastric distress, pneumonia, cancer, and AIDS. Triphala is available in supplement form (as a pill) and as a liquid extract.
